This pass is for anyone who has not been to class in 6 months or longer.

Public, 1:1, and private groups

Your session might have specific needs regarding recovery after injury, focus for a sports or corporate team, learning more about the practice of yoga, or simply that your book club has gotten boring and you want to take your club on a field trip to yoga. Wherever your needs lead - we are able and prepared to accommodate.

  • Yoga as a comprehensive practice means mindfulness that you can take off your mat, breathwork, and movement that suits you specifically. 1:1 sessions in the past have consisted of Therapeutic yoga for neuropathy. anxiety coaching through breathwork and mindfulness tools, and recovery practices.   • Do you have a group of people who would like a custom session? Maybe you need us to come to you.

    Private groups are friends who have specific scheduling needs, corporate teams looking for a wellness event, and those looking to begin in a private setting.

    Discover pelvic floor techniques to identify and strengthen pelvic muscles for a smoother delivery and post-partum recovery.
